For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. International shipping varies by destination but generally takes 7-12 working days depending on customs clearance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders, as well as all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and Bank Transfers for both local and international customers.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You can exchange any unused, unwashed item with original tags within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective or the wrong size was sent. Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Do you offer customization or stitching services?

Yes, we offer premium stitching services for our unstitched collections. You can select the 'Stitched' option on the product page and choose from our standard size chart or provide custom measurements.

How should I care for my Sha Posh garments?

To maintain the quality of our fabrics and intricate embroidery, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only for all formal and semi-formal wear. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents.
